RECEPTION
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME Guest reception opens at 12. We kindly request you to inform us about your arrival time, and any last minute changes. Guests will receive the keys for the accommodation, and will be allowed to enter and exit at any time. During check-in valid identification is necessary for registration purpouses in accordance to the current regulations. The refusal to provide personal ID is considered a violation of the Penal Code, and therefore authorizes us to request the immediate leave of the prospective client from the B&B in Valle. Processing of the B&B in Valle guests’ personal details is carried out in full compliance with current privacy regulations. On the day of your departure, the room has to be vacant by 10.00 so as to allow for the room-cleaning service. Unless otherwise agreed, after 11.00, the full cost of an additional day of stay will be charged. On request, on the day of departure, our guests are allowed to leave their luggage in custody at the reception, to do a last round of visits or purchases.
HOUSE RULES
DO NOT DISTURB In order to respect the tranquility and harmony of the B&B, and not disturb the other guests’ stay, we recommend that you avoid screaming or any inappropriate noise, especially during the rest hours from 14 to 16, at night time after 21.30. STRANGERS At night time, access to strangers and non-registered people is strictly forbidden. Access to rooms and common areas by strangers is not permitted unless previously recognized by the B&B’s staff through ID. BEWARE OF WASTE We recommend proper use of water and electricity, avoiding leaving battery chargers connected to the power socket after use, turn lights off when leaving the room andclose the windows when the heating or the air-conditioning systems are switched on. We love and respect our planet, and in our small way we always try to do everything possible to avoid any unnecessary waste of energy. It is also recommended to not throw cotton, diapers or sanitary pads and tampons in the toilet and to use the special baskets in order to avoid clogging the pipes. SECURITY The B&B in Valle declines all responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of any personal valuables left unattended in the room, or in the common areas. The custody of valuable personal items and pets is under the guests’direct responsibility. Customers who, due to improper use, negligence or carelessness, cause damage to the structure, its equipment or objects in use, will be charged the costs necessary for repairs or replacement. The ascertained deductions necessary will proceed in accordance with the law. We inform you that SMOKING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in the rooms, and in the common areas inside.
BOOKING
You can book your stay directly online from our website, or by calling the mobile phone number +39 391 4377320. Please notify any cancellation of bookings by telephone or e-mail. If the cancellation occurs at least 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, no cost will be charged. In the case of cancellations and, or changes done only one day previous to the scheduled arrival date, the cost of one night's stay will be charged. In cases of cancellations, changes or no-shows that do not respect these minimum time limits, the cost of the entire booked stay will be charged. The B&B in Valle is not liable for cancellations due to events of force majeure (natural catastrophe, fires). Any cancellation fees will be deducted from the deposit paid at the time of booking, or charged to the credit card provided. The data transmitted online are binding in legal terms. Guests can make their booking online or by telephone, any cancellation fees are deducted from the deposit paid at the time of booking or charged to the credit card communicated at the time of booking. We are not responsible for any disservices due to the total or partial lack of supplies such as electricity, water, telephone line or internet connection, which does not depend on us. The Bed and Breakfast in Valle respects and protects its privacy in accordance with law 675/96 and Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003.
